Terms of Service

Dumbo Locksmith Inc provides locksmith services including emergency lockout assistance, residential and commercial lock installation and repair, rekeying, high-security lock systems, smart lock installation, car key replacement, safe services, and related door hardware work.

All work is performed by our own locksmiths using professional tools and quality hardware. We stand behind the workmanship of every installation and repair we complete.

Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (718) 737-6197. Non-emergency work is scheduled by phone or email at mutually agreed times. If we cannot make a scheduled appointment, we will notify you as early as possible.

For lockout and vehicle services, you will be asked to show proof that you are authorized to access the property or vehicle before work begins. This is standard practice and protects you as well as your neighbors.
